SpiderMall wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

U.S. Warranty & Returns Policy

Standard Warranty Policy

Standard members and Silver Members are eligible for a 90-day warranty on part unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page. All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page, may be returned for a replacement. Customer is responsible for properly packing return merchandise to ensure it is not damaged in transit. Return merchandise that is physically damaged in transit will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund. Physical damage is not covered by this warranty. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all warranty replacements.

Lifetime Warranty Policy

Gold Members and Business Members are eligible for a lifetime warranty on parts unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page. Lifetime warranty eligibility is based on tier at time of warranty usage. All other policies in the Standard Warranty Policy apply.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online on SpiderMall:
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly on SpiderMall, either online or via specialist to order, can be returned to SpiderMall

How to Return an Item

Ship your item back to SpiderMall

To return an item to SpiderMall, sign in to online Order Status with your SpiderMall ID and password. After you sign in, you will see the items on your most recent order. Locate the item you want to return and click the Return Items link. On the next page, select the item you would like to return and click the Continue button. Next, verify the return item and the return address on your pre-paid return label. Once you have verified your return details, click the Print Now button to print your pre-paid label and packing slip. Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. We recommend using the original packaging. You can either schedule a pick up with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.

Exchange an Item

If you purchase your item on SpiderMall in the U.S., you can return it to SpiderMall for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It's a good idea to check in-stock availability by calling the SpiderMall representative, or by viewing the product on spidermall.com to see if the item is available. Personalized items may not be eligible for exchange. Items ordered on SpiderMall that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to U.S. SpiderMall online Store.

Gift Returns

Once we receive your items, we'll Email your refund in the form of an electronic SpiderMall Gift Card.

You can use your gift card to shop on the U.S. SpiderMall Online Store.
